Terms & Conditions
The terms under which DRSV Medicals accepts medico-legal instructions.
1. Introduction
These terms apply to all instructions accepted by Dr Sen Venkat / DRSV Medicals. By instructing Dr Venkat, you agree to these terms unless alternative terms are expressly agreed in writing.
2. Instruction of Services
Instructions should be made in writing via Letter of Instruction with supporting medical records and imaging. Verbal instructions must be confirmed in writing before work commences.
3. Fees & Payment
Fees are confirmed on request and are payable in accordance with the agreed terms of instruction. A current fee guide is available from the medico-legal secretary on request.
4. Report Turnaround
Appointments and reports are typically provided within 2–3 weeks, subject to case complexity, completeness of records and diary availability.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within short notice of an arranged appointment may incur a fee. Please notify the secretary as soon as possible if an appointment needs to be rescheduled.
6. Liability
Liability is limited in accordance with professional indemnity cover and applicable law. Reports are prepared on the basis of information and records provided at the time of instruction.
7. Confidentiality
All case information is treated as strictly confidential in accordance with GMC guidance and data protection obligations.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
